Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Scopernia.ae in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice. Please provide the following information in your notification.

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. This includes a URL or precise location on scopernia.ae.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.

DMCA Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement claim, and you believe the material was removed in error or misidentification, you have the option to send a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the original claim.

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which scopernia.ae may be found.
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an order against you within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Scopernia.ae respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers under appropriate circumstances. We maintain the right to disable access to or remove content from our platform at any time if we believe it infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
